Jessica Dopheide, LMHC

OUR THERAPISTS

Owner/Therapist

Every individual has a unique story, and your experiences matter. Life can bring overwhelming and challenging stressors, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Jessica believes therapy should feel approachable, “normal,” and genuinely welcoming—a space where you can show up exactly as you are without pressure or pretense. She would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey.

Jessica takes a person-centered approach, recognizing that the connection you have with your therapist is one of the most important parts of the process. She prioritizes creating a comfortable, down-to-earth environment where clients feel at ease, understood, and supported. Her goal is to help you move in the direction that feels right for you—building insight, confidence, and practical tools along the way.

She has had the privilege of working with individuals across a wide range of ages and backgrounds through private practice, school counseling, and school-based therapy. Jessica holds a master’s degree in School Counseling from Manhattan College and a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Buena Vista University.

Jessica is especially passionate about supporting women and families, including new biological, foster, and adoptive mothers. She offers group support for moms, creating a space for connection, shared experiences, and encouragement during seasons that can feel both meaningful and overwhelming. She is also active in the community and values building relationships and resources that extend beyond the therapy room.

Known for her warm, relatable presence, Jessica brings authenticity, compassion, and a bit of real-life perspective into her work. She strives to make therapy feel less intimidating and more like a supportive partnership—one where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued.

Her goal is to provide compassionate, personalized care that helps individuals and families navigate challenges while discovering their own resilience and strength. If you’re looking for a space of understanding, growth, and genuine connection, Jessica would be honored to work with you.

Graceanne Giles, LMHC

Therapist/Administrator

Graceanne Giles is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who brings a thoughtful, well-rounded perspective to her work with clients. Her background spans private practice and university settings, including her time in University Counseling at Texas Woman’s University, as well as roles in career consulting, health education, residence life, nonprofit organizations, and mental health services. This diverse experience allows her to understand the many layers that shape a person’s well-being—from life transitions and relationships to career and identity.
